We happily accept returns and will exchange an item within 14 days of purchase.
Please choose food, intimate apparel and products that are on sale carefully, as returns are not accepted on these items.
Change of Mind
We can exchange your item for another size, style or credit note.
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping charges.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We will always replace items that are broken, faulty or damaged in transit. If the item cannot be replaced we will offer you a store credit or refund. Please contact us strictly within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Please retain broken parcel for proof of damage unless authorised by us to discard.
For returns and exchanges please contact us first and we will provide you with a returns form to complete and enclose with your product. Please also include a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase.
Products must be returned in original packaging within 14 days from time of return request. Please package items carefully as return stock will not be credited where poor packaging results in goods being damaged in transit.
Note that if you are waiting on a refund this may take several days to appear in your account.
